Welcome to Anilog
Anilog is a creative community where people pretend to be animals and review everyday things. A cat might rate a box, a dog might review a walk, and a rabbit might have opinions about a rug. Reading is open to everyone. The English edition starts with cats, dogs, and rabbits.
How to join in
Choose an animal, name the object or everyday place, and write a short review in that character’s voice. Or leave a thought in the conversation tab. Write your own words, or use words you have permission to publish. English and Japanese community feeds are separate.
Keep it kind and imaginary
Do not identify real people, businesses, private addresses, nests, or wildlife locations. Do not post harassment, discrimination, threats, sexual content, personal contact details, spam, or instructions that could harm animals. These stories are not animal-care advice or real business reviews.
What happens after posting
Every submission stays private until an editor reviews it. Basic safety checks may flag a submission for further review; passing them does not publish it. Check My corner for its status. We cannot promise a review deadline or publication.
Something feels wrong?
Use Report on a review or thought to send it to the editors. A report does not automatically delete a post. You can delete your own posts in My corner, or contact us about removal.
Reading and sharing
Posts labeled “From the editors” are editorial examples, not claims of user activity. Save a favorite, follow an animal, or share a review’s link. You do not need to write a long story to take part.
