What we store and why
We store animal nicknames, review subjects, text, ratings, language, timestamps, publication status, moderation reasons, reports, contact messages, and replies to provide the service, moderate content, and respond to misuse. Saved reviews, followed animals, and reply read status are stored for your personal view.
Accounts and guest cookies
When you sign in with ChatGPT, your site user ID connects your records. Account information is also used to verify the operator. Guests use a random identification cookie named animal_member, lasting one year; records are associated with its hash. Clearing the cookie loses access to guest records. Guest and signed-in records are not automatically merged.
What becomes public
Approved posts expose the nickname, text, subject, rating, and timestamp. Pending and hidden posts and contact messages are not public. The author and operator can see review status and contact replies.
Usage and abuse prevention
We record review-detail views, share actions, and sharing-image downloads, counting the same person, post, and action up to once per day. Connection information, including IP information, is used to create a daily-changing hash for rate limiting. Sites also processes operational logs and site analytics.
Service providers and external links
The site and its data use OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure. X, Threads, LINE, sponsor, and support links lead to services with their own policies. No external text-generation or contextual moderation service, Google Analytics, or automatic Google advertising is connected at present. This policy will be updated if those connections change.
Retention and deletion
Records are retained while needed for service and operational purposes; automatic time-based deletion is not currently implemented. In My corner, you can remove your post text from public view and remove saved reviews or follows. Contact us for other data access or removal requests. Provider backups and operational logs follow the providers’ retention policies.
